Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for your purchase! We hope you're satisfied with your order. However, if you're not completely happy for any reason, you can return the item for a full refund or store credit towards another product!
Returns
All returns must be sent within thirty (30) days of delivery. Returned items must be in new, unused condition, in their original packaging.
Return Process

Once your return is approved, securely package the item in its original packaging, including the return form provided, and send it to the following address:

⚠️ Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the return shipping fees. We recommend using a traceable shipping service to ensure the return is safely received.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. The processing time is up to 7 days after the item is received.
📌 Refund Timeframe: It may take 1 to 2 billing cycles for the amount to appear on your bank statement, depending on your card provider.
📩 Notification: You will receive an email confirmation once the return is processed.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your items immediately upon receipt. If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect (wrong size/color), contact us as soon as possible so we can assess and resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
For the return to be accepted, the following criteria must be met:
✔ Unworn and Unaltered – The item must be in the same condition it was received. We do not accept returns for used or modified products.
✔ Original Packaging – The item must be returned in its original packaging.
✔ No Damage – The product must not show any wear or damage, unless it was delivered defective.
Exchanges & Refunds
We want you to love your purchase! However, if you're not completely satisfied, you can request a return for a full refund (excluding shipping costs) or an exchange for another product.
✔ Return Period – You must request a return within 14 days of delivery. Returns after this period may not be eligible for a refund.
✔ How to Start a Return – Contact our customer service and provide your order number, items to be returned, and the reason for return.
✔ Return Shipping – The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a traceable or secure service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
✔ Refund Processing – After receiving and inspecting the item, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. The time for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank.
📩 Refund Notification – We will send an email once the return is approved and processed.
Refund Timeframe
If the refund is approved, it will automatically be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
